As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only if these are any damages in the outfit also the replacement can be done with the same product.
To calm the exchange we need an opening video of the outfit with clear images of the damage, and this is to informed to us within 2 days of the delivery of the product by writing to us at with order number, full name, address and required/ images of the damaged product and our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We request you to please assist them if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.
