Orders within India(domestic) are shipped through DTDC, Professional Couriers and Indian post. For international orders, with ship through DHL and UPS.
The average timeline 12 business days for dispatch, which excludes sundays and any public holidays. The delivery time would be mentioned in the product description and might differ from product to product. Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared to the registered email address and to the registered WhatsApp number to track the shipment.
We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.
If in case the parcel is misrouted, damaged or wrongly delivered, we shall refund back the full amount including the shipping charge or we can dispatch a new product depending on the stock inventory as per the customer choice.
