Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as DTDC and Professional Couriers. For international orders, the shipment is via DHL. The production time would be mentioned in the product description, products that are made on an order basis require 10-12 working days to dispatch. After dispatch, for within India, the shipping takes 2 - 3 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 - 12 days. Once dispatched, the tracking number would be shared with the registered email address to track the shipment. 

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company and we take the responsibility to make the order delivered.
